Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days. We are low stock on many items for now, hence the longer wait times! 

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy (from the delivered date) on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Email jolin@lotuslace.store to initiate a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress. We also are partnered with the Shop app, so you can also view the tracking number on there as well.
